Retail Appointment Setter

Pay: $20.00 per hour + commission (earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average)

Schedule: Friday through Sunday

Location: Bradenton, FL (part-time and full-time opportunities available)

Join Unique, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.

• Approach and engage retail shoppers in conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency
• Schedule free in-home consultations with comfort advisors

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality (sales experience a plus)
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
