Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect fit for their shoes and apparel.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product recommendations.
• Manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the store through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
