In this hybrid role, you are the ultimate park guide—helping families capture memories in our shops and providing the tools they need for a perfect day of adventure. Whether you are selling the perfect superhero cape or launching a guest on a high-flying attraction, you are at the heart of the Darien Lake experience.

Responsibilities

• Memorable Sales: Drive excitement by selling candy, apparel, and souvenirs. Maintain a "picture-perfect" shop by restocking treasures and keeping displays sharp.
• Adventure Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of specialized rental and attraction locations, including the Skycoaster, Scooterpals, and Lazy River tube rentals.
• Transaction Excellence: Master the art of sales and point-of-sale systems while processing park purchases and rental fees accurately and efficiently.
• Safety & Care: Act as a safety ambassador. Ensure all rental equipment is in top shape and that guests are properly prepared for high-thrill attractions where safety is the #1 priority.
• Guest Service: Act as a one-stop shop for guest questions, providing helpful directions and a friendly smile to every visitor.
