Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and team members
  • Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Aid with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining associate files
  • Perform daily cash handling and support operational functions like scheduling, inventory, and expense monitoring
  • Ensure proper staffing, communicate priorities, and provide feedback
  • Support associate training and adherence to policies and labor laws
  • Maintain store standards, safety, and participate in shrink reduction efforts
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 year retail experience with 6 months of leadership experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Team player capable of training others and adapting to change
