Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and team members
- Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
- Aid with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining associate files
- Perform daily cash handling and support operational functions like scheduling, inventory, and expense monitoring
- Ensure proper staffing, communicate priorities, and provide feedback
- Support associate training and adherence to policies and labor laws
- Maintain store standards, safety, and participate in shrink reduction efforts
- Promote credit and loyalty programs
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year retail experience with 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Team player capable of training others and adapting to change
