Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retailers and customers to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the growth of the business through strategic initiatives and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, retail, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
