Retail Account Manager (RAM) – NRS & Retail Services
About the Opportunity
IDT’s Retail division is looking for an energetic, hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM).
Drive NRS Product Sales
- Pitch and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts
- Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
Manage an Assigned Route
- Expand IDT and NRS presence in your territory by actively prospecting and going door-to-door
- Drive the merchant application process, help store owners understand how to use our services effectively, and provide light troubleshooting/tech support on equipment
- Handle operations and inventory management using IDT's accounting system
We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles. Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus
- Language: Bilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are highly preferred to support our diverse customer base
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and a willingness to travel door-to-door within your assigned territory daily
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment
