Retail Account Manager
As the Account Manager (AM), you will serve as a regular interface and communicator for the organization's clients, working independently to orchestrate the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service and solutions to the account portfolio. You will identify internal and external opportunities to improve day-to-day customer service and act as an escalation point for the Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
- Own responsibility for the strategic management of assigned accounts.
- Establish and build strong client relationships through a detailed and hands-on understanding of day-to-day transactions and IT-enabled processes.
- Leverage commercial aspects of partner contracts to ensure ES3 realizes the benefit of these assets and participate in the negotiation of new and existing contracts.
- Travel to York and customer locations as needed.
- Leverage organizational capabilities to advance customer and company objectives.
- Provide support, continuity, and ongoing representation for the customer, reinforced by management throughout the organization.
- Deliver corporate goals and objectives within the client/account management relationship.
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of the partner’s supply chain network to explore and develop opportunities to grow revenue and volume across the account portfolio.
- Identify target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and develop solutions through cross-functional channels.
- Contribute to training content and transfer knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.
- Lead special projects/programs, including information technology projects such as scope, specification, and integration testing for customers and internal enhancements.
- Work closely with hourly CSRs assigned to accounts, developing accountability and leadership.
- Provide partner training and support for the ES3 warehouse management web portal.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of related experience in a similar environment providing customer support at the level of a senior account representative or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies or related field.
- Basic warehouse operations knowledge and electronic data interface knowledge.
- Fundamental computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Pay
$60,330 - $78,530 annual salary range.
