Retail 3rd Key Supervisor

About the Role

As a member of our retail team, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding Samsonite’s brand standards.

• Drive sales by providing strong customer service and effectively explaining merchandise.
• Consistently deliver brand-enhancing store standards to create a positive customer experience.
• Assist in achieving store sales goals and profit plans.
• Support overall store operations and protect company assets.
• Collaborate as a team player to grow the store and brand, offering constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales by understanding and explaining merchandise to customers.
• Accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
• Ownership and accountability in role performance.
• Experience in retail, customer service, and inventory control.
• Excellent selling skills and knowledge of POS systems.
