About the role

The role is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's internal communication platform, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration among team members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s internal communication tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and updates to the communication platform.
  • Monitor user feedback and adjust the platform based on user needs and suggestions.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or communications management.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Schedule
