Restorative Nursing Aide CNA Day shift

About the role

We are currently searching for Restorative Nursing Aides to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Avantara Arrowhead. Responsibilities

• Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by performing mobility exercises for our residents in accordance with their individualized care plan.
• Achieve the highest physical and emotional wellbeing possible by restoring mobility for our residents.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist residents with assistive devices.
• Observe changes in condition and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain education and stay updated on best practices in Restorative Nursing.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• CPR/ BLS certification.
• One year of CNA experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision and follow established policies and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe environment.
