Restorative Aide Full- time or Part- time

About the role

Full-time restorative aide to treat geriatric patients at our facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative treatment to a full caseload of patients to improve or maintain function.
• Perform restorative and exercise tasks on patients as delegated by a therapy clinician.
• Develop treatment plans that allow patients to reach their maximum potential.
• Work with the therapy team and nursing staff to help provide cohesive quality of care.
• Provide quality documentation as required.

Requirements

• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
