Responsibilities

• Assist with restorative programs, including range of motion exercises, mobility training, and activities of daily living (ADL) skills
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming needs
• Provide support with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assist with transferring residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and commodes
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field preferred
• 0 years of experience or willingness to learn and train
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
