About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Manage patient flow and staffing needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience in charge nurse role preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
