Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage.
• Perform restoration activities: water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
• Load, maintain, and track tools and supplies for projects.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
• Ensure safety standards are always met.

Requirements

• Have previous handyman or construction experience.
• Enjoy working with your hands and outdoors.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Are motivated to learn new skills.
• Want to make a real difference in your community.
• A valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Willingness to work a rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields (preferred).
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, or attics.
• Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents.
