Restoration Technician

About the role

Responsible for restoring properties damaged by water, fire, or other disasters. Works closely with clients to assess damage and implement restoration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess property damage and develop restoration plans
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Manage teams of technicians to complete projects efficiently
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in disaster response or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• First aid and CPR certification preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of restoration techniques and materials
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
