What You'll Do
- Prepare and maintain work areas by setting up equipment, checking functionality, and reporting any hazards or malfunctions
- Document job progress through photos, complete required safety (FRA) documentation, and communicate risks or issues to leadership
- Lead by example by enforcing PPE use, monitoring work quality, and directing temporary labor when assigned
- Perform hands‑on restoration tasks including water extraction, material removal, moisture monitoring, content inventory, and selective demolition
- Set up containment, operate and track remediation equipment and supplies, and maintain vehicles while following proper pack‑out procedures
What You'll Bring
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others while completing tasks
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Dependability, reliability, and consistency, with a strong follow-through and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments while maintaining high performance standards
- Valid State Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (and up to 100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, work at heights or in tight spaces, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working around cleaning products/chemicals and capable of moisture-mapping large commercial buildings
- Physically able to sit, stand, walk, drive long distances (11+ hours), and push/pull/carry equipment or materials as needed

Pay
$15.00-$20.00 per hour plus overtime

This position is based in our Olathe, KS facility
Travel
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to hit the road for 100-150 days a year—bring your skills to new locations, tackling diverse projects, and adding adventure to your work.
