Position Summary/Purpose
Aid in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow Rainbow’s uniform policy
- Utilize Rainbow 17 Steps to World Class Customer Service System
- Effectively perform all restoration services offered by the company
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
- Inspect completed work
- Complete technician’s daily log
- Complete work orders
- Complete appropriate restoration documentation
- Keep a clean and neat job site
- Participate in an “On-Call” rotation for after-hours service calls
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
- Maintain inventory of related supplies
- Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company’s services at the customer’s property

- Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Lead Technicians, Supervisors or Managers

- Technical – Is appropriately trained and/or certified and effectively performs all production work within the restoration division.
- Quality – The individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors his/her own work to ensure quality.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: High school (or GED) diploma.
- Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills – Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and a number of units.
- Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Certification in performing appropriate services: IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, AMRT, etc.

Compensation
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
