RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Paid training and full-time hours offered

• Flexible shifts with an "On Call" rotation for after-hours service calls
• Learn and become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, fire damage clean-up, and more
• Drive company vehicles, load/unload equipment, and clear work sites
• Perform regular cleaning services and establish a service schedule
• Comply with environmental regulations and safety practices
• Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment to company standards
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Mid-level computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems and email
• Functional understanding of PDA’s (smartphones)
• Aptitude for learning new technology and software
• Proficiency in Xactimate (helpful)
• Certified in Water restoration (IICRC WTR) is preferred
• Certified in Applied Structural Drying (IICRC - ASD) is preferred
• Certified in Applied Microbial restoration (IICRC - AMRT) is preferred
• Ability and desire to learn tasks quickly

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and/or construction (not mandatory but considered a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
• IICRC certificate (preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a background check
