Restoration Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to jobs and initiate water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation according to IICRC and Rainbow International standards in a timely manner.
• Proper setup of professional drying equipment.
• Monitor of drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials.
• Capable of performing detailed cleaning and structural demolition.
• Being part of a team.
• Accurate documentation.
• Packing out of personal items.
• Cleaning of personal items and structures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
• Must pass criminal background.
• Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
• Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of technology (taking photos, iPad and navigating apps).
• Professional appearance and attitude is required.
• Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Effective oral communication within company and with customers.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour.
