Restoration Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and restore the lives of our customers
• Fix broken buildings by responding to situations such as broken pipes or major storms
• Perform tasks including water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, microbial remediation, vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Handle demolition (Demo Day!) and manage field operations
• Supervise temporary labor personnel and provide high-level customer service with empathy
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Have 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience (preferred)

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
• The employee is required to move and walk around the office regularly.

Compensation

• Competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour

Travel

• Occasional travel (less than 25% of the time)
