Restoration Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and restore the lives of our customers.
• Fix broken buildings by responding to situations such as broken pipes or major storms.
• Perform tasks including water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, microbial remediation, vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up.
• Handle demolition tasks during Demo Day!
• Manage and supervise temporary labor personnel on-site.
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Have 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience (preferred).

Work Environment and Physical Job Demands

• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
• The physical demands include sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and moving and walking around the office regularly.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

• Competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour.
