Restoration Project Manager
Job Summary
Promote positive customer experiences and manage projects effectively. Serve as a team leader and participate in recruitment and training.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate project scopes and estimates using computer hardware and software
- Negotiate project scope and estimates with customers
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crew and resources for active projects, including subcontractors
- Review and support job site documentation to meet client requirements and billing processes
- Maintain written communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Manage production expenses related to equipment, vehicles, and materials
- Manage customer and client experience and satisfaction, tracking online reviews
- Provide prompt responses to potential customers
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team members
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
- Ability to repetitively perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying
- Ability to work safely around cleaning agents
- Pass a background check
