About the role
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and delivering projects that meet Restoration Relief requirements for schedule, budget, and quality. The PM will lead a project team consisting of a Project Coordinator (PC), Estimator, and others as required by the project, driving each project to successful completion while maintaining a clear understanding of the funding status.
Responsibilities
- Lead a project team, including:
- Project Coordinator (PC)
- Estimator
- Mitigation/Reconstruction/Cleaning Technicians
- Tradespersons
- Suppliers
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including:
- Public authorities having jurisdiction over the project
- Client
- Adjuster
- Restoration Relief Business Developer (BD) associated with the project
- Restoration Relief operation management for resource allocation
- Internal Reconstruction, Cleaning, and Content labor/resources
- Make decisions regarding the following, within company policies and procedures:
- Construction means and methods
- Project schedule sequence and start dates for resources
- Project budget
- Primary contact for the client and adjuster on decisions
- Project safety
- Project quality and client satisfaction
- Completeness of the digital project record, ensuring documentation of key conversations and progress
- Support Business Development efforts, including:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and referral sources
- Attending company-sponsored networking events
- Entertaining referral sources (e.g., lunches, golf outings)
- Additional responsibilities:
- Participate in the On-Call rotation
- Deploy with field crews during emergency response as required
- Attend training seminars
- Attend weekly production and staff meetings
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor
Requirements
- Three years of experience working in the Disaster Restoration field
- Solid understanding of construction means and methods
- Proficiency with project financials, budgeting, and scheduling on multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good driving record
- Ability to work under high levels of activity
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay
$65,000–$80,000 per year
