Restoration Project Manager

About the role

Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture. Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1-$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience
• Water/mold certifications
• Xactimate proficiency
• IICRC certified preferred
• Leadership of 5-10+ person crews
• Education: High School Diploma - GED/Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
