Restoration Project Manager

About the role

This company is partnered with a growing and well-established commercial restoration company seeking qualified and talented individuals for the role of Restoration Project Manager. They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals with extended experience in either commercial or residential restoration.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from assessment through completion
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1-$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in restoration project management
• Water and mold certifications
• Xactimate proficiency
• IICRC certified (preferred)
• Leadership experience with 5-10+ person crews
• High School Diploma or GED (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Hands-on, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
