About the role
Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion. Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication. Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1–$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in restoration
- Water/mold certifications
- Xactimate proficiency
- IICRC certification preferred
- Leadership of 5–10+ person crews
- High School Diploma, GED, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree preferred
