Restoration Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration packout and contents projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple restoration contents projects from initiation through completion
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• Build and manage job schedules, resources, and project expectations
• Cookordinate field crews, warehouse operations, and subcontracted services
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
• Provide consistent job updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Maintain organized documentation, job files, and billing records
• Create estimates and manage project documentation using Xactimate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in the restoration industry
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Xactimate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Preferred: Experience in contents restoration, packouts, or insurance-related projects
• Preferred: Familiarity with working directly with adjusters and restoration networks
• Preferred: IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
