The Restoration Foreman is responsible for overseeing restoration projects from start to finish. This includes managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all work meets high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects from planning through completion
• Manage and motivate restoration crews
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration or construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
