About the role

CRDN of the Midsouth is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restoration Field CSR to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a commitment to providing world-class service to customers experiencing difficult losses. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, oversee restoration projects, and ensure the proper handling of personal property during pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs. You will collaborate closely with homeowners, adjusters, and contractors to deliver outstanding service throughout the restoration process.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning, testing, and packaging of home contents.
  • Proper packaging and wrapping of items securely according to company standards for loading, transportation, and delivery.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, materials, and consumables on job sites and in the warehouse.
  • Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, materials, consumables, and tools.
  • Meet production quotas and deadlines.
  • Provide clear and professional communication regarding project status and expectations.
  • Assist in pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-back of personal property.
  • Document all contents using restoration software and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Take photos and notes for pre-existing conditions and restoration progress.
  • Ensure proper handling, packing, and labeling of items in compliance with company protocols.
  • Assist with the delivery and reinstallation of items upon pack-back.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and field team to ensure timely job completion.
  • Follow all company procedures and restoration guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, including paperwork, homeowner signatures, and insurance documentation.
  • Participate in daily Work in Progress (WIP) meetings to report on project updates.
  • Be available for on-call rotations for emergency response services as needed.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in using restoration software and mobile documentation tools.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
