Restoration & Construction General Laborer

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, high-output Laborer with restoration or remediation experience who wants more than a paycheck — you want to learn the trade, earn trust, and grow into more responsibility over time. Restoration work moves fast and doesn't wait — water damage, fire loss, and mold don't stay on a schedule. If you're comfortable working with urgency in active loss situations, know your way around mitigation equipment, and also bring basic construction skills to the table, this role can quickly evolve into a skilled trade position or leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and remediation tasks in active loss situations including water damage, fire damage, and mold mitigation
• Operate mitigation equipment properly on job sites
• Apply basic construction skills as needed on commercial and multifamily renovation and restoration projects
• Work with urgency and high output in fast-moving restoration environments
• Take ownership of tasks and move projects forward with strong execution
• Learn the trade and grow into more responsibility over time

Requirements

• Restoration or remediation experience
• Ability to work with urgency in active loss situations
• Knowledge of mitigation equipment
• Basic construction skills
• Reliable and high-output work ethic
• Comfort working on commercial and multifamily renovation and restoration projects across the Pacific Northwest

Pay

$23 - $30 hourly depending on experience
