Restock and Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintains diligent awareness of mobile blood drive schedule and necessary quantity of supplies by reviewing the necessary database.
• Gathers, stages, and loads all required/requested supplies for blood drives into designated vehicles, including equipment vans and buses.
• Restocks blood drive supply totes and blood buses with blood collection supplies utilizing a specific restock process with predetermined quantities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stages blood drive restock totes and supplies in designated areas.
• Maintains supply levels of blood drive materials and follows procedures for requesting additional supplies when necessary, maintaining product inventory levels according to appropriate procedure.
• Maintains a neat and tidy stock room with descriptive product labels.
• Rotates product based on First in First Out principle.
• Performs a physical inventory count according to appropriate procedure.
• Promotes excellent internal and external customer service through appearance, communication and demeanor.
• Performs additional duties to support Donor Services Team.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Stocking or inventory experience preferred.
