About the Role

The Restaurant Zone Manager supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and culture. They oversee a specific zone during shifts, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and facility functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct crew members during shifts
• Ensure adherence to operational and safety standards
• Use tools and logs to support shift execution and take corrective actions
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and functionality
• Provide exemplary customer service and support team recognition initiatives
• Authorize employee functions such as discounts and promotions
• Complete assigned duties and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or advanced crew experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Problem-solving skills with goal-setting and execution abilities
• Effective in various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Completion of required company training programs
• Must be 18+ years old; high school diploma preferred
