Job Summary
The Restaurant Worker at Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln in MORROW, Georgia is a key role in providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests. - Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to the dealership.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders to guests in a fast and efficient manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Communicate any guest concerns or complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the overall functioning of the dealership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
