Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Proven experience in a high-end, premium, or upscale food and beverage environment
- Thorough knowledge of upscale order of service guidelines, fine dining table setups, and common culinary and beverage terminology
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong champion of a collaborative "win together" team culture
- Significant physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking the floor, bending, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Scheduling flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
