About the role

We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Training Officer to join our team. The Restaurant Training Officer drives operational capability and strict adherence to quality, food safety, and Brand Standards by enabling continuous learning, conducting capability assessments, and providing training interventions and workshops for restaurant teams across Mauritius.

Responsibilities

• Enable continuous learning for restaurant teams to ensure operational capability.
• Conduct capability assessments to evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
• Provide training interventions and workshops to enhance employees' skills.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and Brand Standards.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all training activities.
• Build know-how and equip employees to perform their duties effectively.
