About the role
As a Team Member at SNAP Custom Pizza and Salads, you will be directly responsible for every client’s experience—from greeting guests as they enter the store to ensuring their order is perfect before they sit down to eat. Our top priority is the satisfaction and comfort of our guests and team members.
This is a part- or full-time position in a fun, fast-paced setting where you’ll work on the line and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude and greet guests as they enter the store
- Work different stations on the line to assist guests with their orders
- Consistently use prep tools and equipment to measure and assemble pizzas and salads
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, front line, restrooms, and kitchen in accordance with company and health department standards
- Work every station of the line, including dishwashing, cashiering, and preparing ingredients
- Ring up orders using the Point of Sale system
- Take phone orders and assist with curbside pickup customers
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and a people-oriented personality
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stand for prolonged periods
- Punctual and dependable
Pay
$11.25–$13/hour, plus tips (tips may fluctuate based on business, hours, and store).
