In this dynamic role, you will be key to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while ensuring the efficiency of our operations across various locations. WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held inside our travel center located at 75246 AL-77, Lincoln, AL between 11am - 4pm. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering questions and providing information about products and servicesEfficiently process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card processingMaintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including the fueling station, convenience store, and dining sectionsCollaborate with fellow team members to promote a positive work atmosphere and ensure smooth operationsAssist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availabilityFollow all company policies and procedures to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus but not requiredExcellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude toward customers and team membersAble to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasksBasic math skills for handling cash and electronic payments accuratelyMust be reliable, self-motivated, and open to working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of safety and sanitation practices is beneficial Benefits Competitive hourly wageOpportunities for growth and advancementEmployee discounts on food and fuel
