About the role
Restaurant cashiers at Love’s play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast‑paced environment. You will maintain a clean and sanitized work area, accurately process payments, and ensure high‑quality food service. No experience? No problem! We will teach you.
Responsibilities
- General customer service duties, including taking food orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely preparing customer orders from various kitchen stations (sandwich line, fry station, grill station, etc.) depending on the restaurant concept.
- Using methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions and delivery of a fresh, safe product.
- Cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperature environments.
