About the Role
Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain a clean and sanitized work area, accurately process payments, and ensure high-quality food service. No experience is required—we provide training.
Responsibilities
- General customer service duties, including taking food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs
- Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers
- Accurately and safely preparing customer orders from various kitchen stations (e.g., sandwich line, fry station, grill station)
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions to deliver fresh and safe products
- Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
