Restaurant Team Member Part Time
About the Role
Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You would be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No experience is required—we will provide training.
Responsibilities
- General customer service duties, including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely preparing customer orders from various kitchen stations (e.g., sandwich line, fry station, grill station, or other areas depending on the restaurant concept).
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions within the restaurant to deliver fresh and safe products to customers.
- Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
