Restaurant Team Member - Cashier, Server

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Team Members to join our front-of-house crew as cashiers, servers, and guest service team members. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure smooth, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answer menu questions clearly and confidently.
• Take food orders accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Help guests navigate menu options, modifications, and preferences.
• Deliver attentive, timely service that makes guests feel valued.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
• Communicate clearly with both guests and kitchen team members.
• Support order accuracy, speed of service, and smooth handoffs.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
• Able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks.

USD $13.50 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
