Restaurant Team Member - Cashier, Server

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Team Members to join our front-of-house crew as cashiers, servers, and guest service team members. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answer menu questions clearly and confidently.
• Take food orders accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Help guests navigate menu options, modifications, and preferences.
• Deliver attentive, timely service that makes guests feel valued.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively to help meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
• Communicate clearly with both guests and kitchen team members.
• Support order accuracy, speed of service, and smooth handoffs.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with both guests and kitchen team members.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
