About the role
Noodles & Company is seeking Team Members to join our front-of-house crew as cashiers, servers, and guest service team members. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure smooth, friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answer menu questions clearly and confidently.
- Take food orders accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Help guests navigate menu options, modifications, and preferences.
- Deliver attentive, timely service that makes guests feel valued.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
- Communicate clearly with both guests and kitchen team members.
- Support order accuracy, speed of service, and smooth handoffs.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old.
