About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Front of House Team Members to join our welcoming and inspiring team. These roles include Cashiers, Servers, and Guest Service Team Members who greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answer menu questions clearly and confidently.
• Take food orders accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Help guests navigate menu options, modifications, and preferences.
• Deliver attentive, timely service that makes guests feel valued.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication is key.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
• Communicate clearly with both guests and kitchen team members.
• Support order accuracy, speed of service, and smooth handoffs.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine tasks.
• Able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

USD $12.50 - USD $18.50 /Hr.
