Restaurant Team Member (Cashier & Kitchen)

Walk-in interviews welcome weekdays 11 AM–4 PM at 9674 Hwy 13, Judsonia, AR 72081.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store; take orders and provide helpful suggestions.
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Subway’s standards, following food-safety protocols for storage and handling.
• Toast sandwiches, prepare hot meals, and ensure proper portion sizes and presentation.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, process cash/credit/mobile payments, provide correct change, and balance the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness—dining area, restrooms, kitchen—by wiping counters, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members during busy periods, assist in training new hires, and support smooth store operations.
• Restock ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper storage for freshness and safety.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up/breaking down equipment, cleaning, and securing the store.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, or lifting.
