About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. Duties include preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, managing inventory, and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers.
• Manage inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of barista equipment and beverage preparation techniques.
