The Opportunity

Phase 1: Your Role Today (Part-Time Team Member)
- Host & Greet: Warmly welcome every customer as they arrive, setting a positive tone for the dining experience.
- Expedite & Deliver (Expo): Work efficiently to assemble orders, double-check for accuracy, and deliver food to customers.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of the restaurant by educating guests on our menu. You will confidently answer questions about our "All Natural" items and specific cheese varieties to ensure transparency.
- Clean & Maintain: Take pride in the space by continuously organizing and maintaining excellent hygiene standards in the dining room, expo station, and register areas.
- Order & Cash Handling: Manage an assigned register to quickly and accurately take orders and process payments.
Phase 2: Your Future Career Path (Full-Time Corporate Transition)
- Franchise Business Consultant: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, partnering with them to grow their sales and optimize their local operations.
- Corporate Trainer: Lead training for new store openings, execute new menu rollouts, and provide ongoing remedial training for team members at both corporate (Pleasanton) and franchise locations.
- Operational & Supply Chain Support: Oversee brand-wide quality control, manage supplier relationships, and troubleshoot inventory issues.
- Quality Auditing: Conduct comprehensive store audits to ensure all locations are strictly operating within our compliance, quality, and guest engagement standards.
- Team Development: Actively build, train, and develop the next generation of team members across the brand.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Your Path, Your Choice: Ideal for students seeking a reliable part-time job with flexible scheduling, OR students majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Communications who want to utilize this role to build a resume in multi-unit operations and franchise consulting.
- Experience: 1 year of restaurant experience required. Experience in dynamic environments (like Panda Express, Chipotle, or The Habit) is a huge plus.
- Team Player: An outstanding work ethic with a willingness to learn from the ground up and solve minor problems courteously.
- Communication: Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and communicate with ease and clarity to both guests and executive leadership.
- Pace: Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Willing to work a flexible schedule, stand for up to 8 hours, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
