About the role

Potbelly got its start in 1977 as a small antique store that turned into a lines-out-the-door neighborhood sandwich shop. Now, with more than 400 shops across the United States, we continue to serve delicious food in a fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure all food preparation and service meet health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build positive relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

Pay

Up to $17.50 per hour.
