Restaurant Team Member

About the role

PINSTACK features a full-service restaurant, two bars, a year-round patio and lane-side dining. Friendly, attentive, helpful waitstaff ensure our guests have a wonderful dining experience. You can be part of the Restaurant team in a variety of positions: server, bartender, host, and food runner.

Responsibilities

• Server: Attend to guests’ needs according to company service standards; sell and serve alcohol following state mandates; provide a great smile and friendly attitude to create an engaging dining experience.
• Bartender: Prepare and serve craft cocktails, draft beer, wine, and premium liquor with a smile; serve food and interact with guests to create an engaging dining experience.
• Host: Greet guests with outgoing, fun, bubbly personality; act as a concierge answering questions and helping navigate the venue; ensure dining guests are seated promptly and receive great service.
• Food Runner: Deliver food to guests dining in the restaurant and on the bowling lanes; anticipate and address guest needs; ensure every meal is perfect with the right sauces, garnishes, and smiles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to host or food run.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve or bartend.
• Food Handler certification required for all positions.
• State Alcohol certification required to serve or bartend.

Pay

Hourly base pay plus tips for servers and bartenders; great servers and bartenders can expect to earn $20+ per hour in additional tip income. Hosts and food runners receive hourly base pay.
