About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made to order meal. Or you could be working on the makeline, preparing the food a family will gather together to enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive hot, made-to-order meals
- Work on the makeline, preparing food for families
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle basic math and problem-solving tasks
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
Requirements
- At least 16 years old (18 for delivery drivers)
- A great attitude and a desire to be part of a team
- Basic math and solid problem-solving skills
- The capability to treat others with dignity and respect
